Students, Postdocs and Early Career Researchers, sign up for the ISWC 2015 Mentoring Lunch!

The Mentoring Lunch at the International Semantic Web Conference brings together graduate students and early-career researchers with experienced researchers from both, industry and academia for a lively discussion and question-answering session on a variety of topics.

If you are a PhD student, a postdoc, or have just started an independent research career and would like to get advice on any of the round-table topics listed below, please consider registering.

Special Event for Industry

Are you interested in learning about cutting edge Semantic Web research, but unsure about paying the full registration fee? In partnership with the New York Semantic Web Meetup, we are offering the opportunity to come to the ISWC 2015 Poster and Demo reception for just $50. The reception is held Tuesday, Oct. 13 from 6:30-9pm. To attend, go to and register no later than Oct. 2.

Book your room by Sep. 10

The ISWC blocks at area hotels expire on Sep. 10. Unfortunately, all of the Saturday rooms in our block at the Sands Hotel are booked. There are plenty of rooms at the block rate available on all of the other nights, and the other three hotels still have plenty of rooms available on Saturday at their block rates. To find information on the conference hotels, go to the Accommodations page.

Updates to the program

You can now find information about accepted industry papers and accepted posters/demos on the Program web pages. Looks for the detailed program and presentation schedule in early September. For those trying to schedule departing flights now, we expect to have the closing ceremony and awards at 4pm on Thursday, Oct. 15, and be finished by 5pm.
