ISWC 2015 has made arrangements for group rates with four local hotels. The cutoff date for these rates were originally September 10, but three hotels have offered to extend the deadline to reserve rooms at our group rate:

Of course, the rates are only available as long as rooms are still available in our block, so don't delay furher. The group rates are available from Sat., Oct. 10 through the evening of Thr., Oct. 15 (sorry rooms at the Sands on Sat. Oct. 10 are no longer available). The relative locations of the hotels and the two conference venues can be seen on this area map. On Sunday, Oct. 11 and Monday, Oct. 12, ISWC will provide a shuttle service from all four hotels to the workshop venue on Lehigh's campus.
Sands Bethlehem Hotel
The 4 Diamond Hotel at Sands Bethlehem features complimentary amenities including Continental Breakfast, Wi-Fi, self-parking and fitness center and indoor pool access. Our Integrated Resort features 10 restaurants including 3 by world renowned Chef Emeril Lagasse, an Outlet Mall, Day Spa, and nightly entertainment.
The hotel is the site of the main conference and a 25 minute walk or 5 minute drive to the workshop venue.
The group rates apply to both the deluxe king rooms or deluxe queen rooms (with two queen-sized beds). You can select either a smoking or non-smoking room. We are sorry to say that there are no rooms at the block rate for Saturday, Oct. 10, although there are still plenty of rooms for the other nights. There are two ways to reserve:
- Call-In: Please contact (877) 726-3777 and mention group code "GLU1015" to ensure you receive the conference rates.
- Fax: Please complete this form and send to (484) 777-7142. Be sure to indicate which kind of room you want and whether you desire smoking or non-smoking. The hotel will confirm your reserveration by e-mail or let you know if they are unable to meet your requests.
Hotel Bethlehem
