Registration fees

All fees are in USD and deadlines are midnight US Eastern Standard time.

The basic registration includes:

  • Conference sessions Tue., Oct. 13 to Thr., Oct. 15
  • Lunch and coffee breaks Tue., Oct. 13 to Thr., Oct. 15
  • Conference materials
  • Welcome reception on Mon., Oct. 12
  • Poster session/reception on Tue., Oct. 13
  • Dinner and live band on Wed., Oct. 14

Workshops/Tutorials/Doctoral Consortium

$70 per day, but only available to those who have registered for the full conference.  Workshops and tutorials are available on Sunday, Oct. 11 and Monday, Oct. 12. Each day you have purchased entitles you to:

  • Entrance to any workshops/tutorials on the day(s) you select
  • Lunch and coffee breaks on the day(s) you select

Cancellations, Changes and Refunds

Requests for cancellations, substitutions or other changes may be made via email to up until September 25, 2015. Refunds for cancellations received in writing on or before that date will be granted a refund less 20% of the original payment. No refunds will be granted after that date. No refunds can be made to conference or workshop authors. No refunds will be given for portions of the registration not being used. Once purchased, priority visa letters and proceedings are non-refundable. All refunds will be made in US Dollars and will be processed in the manner in which the original payment was submitted. Refunds processed via credit card will be applied to the original card.
